My Passion
My name is ShaeLyn Werner, and I am proud to be a first-generation female farmer. I grew up in a city, but I always had a passion for eating healthy and a desire to connect with the land. This passion led me to create His Blessing Homestead, a small farm located in the heart of rural America.
At His Blessing Homestead, our goal is to provide the most nutrient-dense food possible for our family and to steward the land God has blessed us with in the best way possible. We are committed to providing the absolute best life for the animals in our care, and this commitment is reflected in the diverse array of animals that call our farm home.
Over the years, His Blessing Homestead has grown to include a variety of animals, including registered Mini Herefords, registered Nigerian Dwarf goats, Dorper sheep, mini cross back donkeys, an assortment of laying hens, heritage meat chickens, guineas, American Chinchilla rabbits, barn cats, and livestock guardian dogs. Each of these animals play a unique role on our farm, and we are committed to providing them with the best possible life.
We are proud of the work we do at His Blessing Homestead, and we are grateful for the opportunity to live and work on this beautiful piece of land. We hope that our passion for eating healthy and our commitment to sustainable, humane farming practices will inspire others to connect with the land and the animals in their own way.
